ORDERING PHOTOGIFTs
1. Add your chosen items to the cart and checkout
Simply add your gifts to the shopping basket and proceed to the checkout. there’s no need for uploading your images at this stage. Once you have checked out you will be sent an order confirmation email containing an order number.
If an item is out of stock or there isn’t the quantity you require please feel free to email us as we can usually arrange to source extra stock for you.
2. Send us your photos or design idea
Email your images to rob@robnegus.com along with your order number and any specific instructions for your design idea. We will then do all the design work for you and start making your personalised gift.
If you wish to be emailed a digital sample of what your finished product will look like feel free to request that when you send your photos. In this case we will wait until you are happy with the design before proceeding with making your gift.
3. Delivery Details
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of it being placed (or within 24 hours of your acceptance of the design if you request a digital sample). Orders placed over the weekend should be dispatched on the Monday.
You will be notified that your order has been dispatched. Our standard shipping is Royal Mail first class signed for so orders should arrive the day after dispatch. However at busy times of the year such as Christmas this can take a few days. If you need faster delivery there is an option at checkout for Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed next working day delivery after your order is dispatched.

Save Money with Click & Collect
If you live in or around Ipswich you can order items via email to be collected in person. The process is much the same as outlined in the steps above but actually a bit simpler. Skip step one; just email a request stating the items you would like, along with the photos or design idea.
You’ll then be sent an invoice (and a design sample if you’ve asked for one). Once payment has been received your order will be processed and you will be notified and sent collection details when it’s ready to pick up.
Is it actually cheaper?
Yes it is! Not only do you not pay postage but the products are around 10% cheaper too as you save us time and packaging materials by coming to collect.
Can I still use my discount code?
Absolutely, any discount codes you have for the online store work just the same if you order by email for click and collect. Just let us know your discount code when you place your order and we will subtract it from your bill.
The Design Process
How it works
If your design is a straightforward single image on a product, or you’re happy to leave the designing up to us, you don’t have to request a design example we can just crack on with making your product.
If on the other hand you want to see what your product will look like before we start making it then requesting a design example when you send us your images is the way to go.
We will follow any design requests you have made including image layout and adding text etc and will email you an example of your product or products. Our aim is always to get this to you the same day but this could take a little longer if we are particularly busy.
You can then either agree to the design and we will process your order or you can request changes to the design.

Image Quality
It always helps to send us the best quality Image that you have to ensure the best results. When sending from a phone check you’re sending the largest file size possible.
If you’d like us to take a look at your image to assess its suitability for a particular product feel free to send it before placing an order and we will do our best to advise
Submitting your own finished artwork
If you prefer designing your own idea from scratch that’s not a problem at all. Just send us an email with the products you are interested in designing and we can send you blank template files to help you size your designs correctly.
Colours and Fonts
If you would like to add text or coloured backgrounds to any of your photogifts below is a selection of font styles and colours to choose from. Due to the process used the colours may not always match those requested precisely but they give us an idea of your preference. If you can’t see what you’re looking for just let us know and we will do our best to help.
If you prefer to submit a hex code or Pantone reference as a guide you are welcome to do so and although we cannot guarantee a precise match.
The fonts are numbered to make requesting them nice and simple For colours just quote the grid reference (ie. C7 for purple)
